1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer:
- Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- International Shipping (Limited Countries) – Please connect with our support team to confirm availability before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery may take 5–10 business days for processing.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We will communicate any significant delay via email or WhatsApp.
3. Shipping Time
Within India
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available at extra charge)
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping within India on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
- For orders below ₹599, a standard shipping fee will apply (as per checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee.
- International shipping charges vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification containing the tracking number and courier partner details.

6. Packaging & Safety
Every Sheebaa jewellery piece is:
- Packed in premium, tamper-proof packaging
- Safely wrapped with bubble protection
- Shipped with trusted and reliable courier partners
We ensure your order reaches you beautifully and securely.
7. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order:
- They will make two additional attempts, or
- You will be contacted for address confirmation
If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are accurate.
Sheebaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
9. Delayed Delivery
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- Festivals or holidays
- Remote area deliveries
If your order is delayed, feel free to reach us—we’ll assist you promptly.
10. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, custom duties, taxes, or border charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We do not control these fees as they vary by country.
