1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including tags, box, and invoice.
Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings, unless the product is damaged on arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Earrings (except damaged or wrong items)

Items purchased during Sale/Offers

Gift cards or Free gifts

Items without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Reason for return

Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

After receiving the item, our quality check team verifies the product.

Once approved by QC, your refund will be processed.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued as:
A. Store Credit (Default)

A Sheebaa credit voucher equal to your order value

Valid for 6 months

Can be used on any future purchase
B. Bank/Original Payment Refund
Available only if:

The product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect
Refund will be credited within 5–7 business days after quality check.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only for size issues (rings, bracelets, etc.) if the item is unworn and in original condition.

Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

Reverse pickup will be arranged

Exchange shipping fee may apply
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
