3. Order Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully completed:

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your order details.
If payment is debited but order is not confirmed, please contact us. We will verify and resolve the issue promptly.

4. Payment Failures

Payments may fail due to network issues, bank downtime, or incorrect details. If you face a failed transaction:

Any amount debited will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
If not received within this period, you can contact us for assistance.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes.
Important conditions:

COD charges may apply.
Kindly verify your address and availability to avoid return-to-origin (RTO).

6. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we may request additional verification such as:

Identity proof (in rare cases of suspicious activity)

Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled and refunded.

7. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment.
