1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation is not possible.
- You may still be eligible for a return only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect (as per our Refund & Return Policy).
3. Cancellation of COD Orders
Due to high COD misuse:
- Frequent cancellation of COD orders may lead to blocking COD option for your account.
- Prepaid orders are recommended for faster processing.
4. Auto-Cancellation
Your order may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment is not successfully completed
- The item is out of stock
- There is a technical error in order processing
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, full refunds will be issued (where applicable).
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed window:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank
6. Modification of Orders
Currently, we do not support order modifications (changing address, product, size, color, or payment mode) once an order is placed.
You may cancel within 2 hours and place a fresh order.
