Are earrings returnable?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless damaged on arrival.

Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment anytime through the courier partner’s website.
Are Sheebaa jewellery pieces skin-friendly?
Yes! All our jewellery is skin-friendly, nickel-free, and lead-free, making it safe for everyday use.
Will the jewellery tarnish or fade?
Our jewellery is made with high-quality materials that last long with proper care.
To increase life, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on most pincodes within India.
However, COD fees may apply. Please refer to our COD Policy.
When will my order be delivered?

- Express delivery (if selected): 1–3 business days
- Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and you notify us within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
Exchanges are available for size issues (rings/bracelets).

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
